WAITING STAFF - Jamie's Italian - Gatwick Airport

£MINIMUM WAGE + TIPS, STAFF FOOD & DISCOUNT

Jamie Oliver's award-winning restaurant chain, Jamie's Italian is charting new territory in 2012 with a ground-breaking new opening at Gatwick Airport's North Terminal.  The 200 cover air-side restaurant will serve Jamie's versatile and hugely popular Italian menu and there's also a beautiful bar where we'll offer simple fresh food to complement our drinks.  Running alongside, you'll find an express deli where you can pick up delicious hot food to eat on the spot or get boxed to go.

Opening early summer, we're putting together a dynamic team to spearhead the delivery of Jamie Oliver's trademark food, service and quality in one of our most unique and challenging locations to date!

When you join a Jamie's Italian waiting team, you're immediately on the front line!  As a member of our most high profile department, you'll need to have relevant experience on the floor in a similar high volume restaurant environment.  But before you hit the ground running in our incredibly busy restaurants, you'll be trained, tested and inspired so that you're able to give excellent service - Jamie's Italian style!

To attract our attention, you'll also need to show that you're perceptive; someone who can tailor their service to individual customers and who instinctively works as part of a team.  Love recommending food that you're proud of?  Jamie's Italian will tick that box and we'll give you all the knowledge you'll need to wow every guest.  In return, we just want you to love what you do and do it brilliantly.

This is a full time, shift based role operating air-side in one of the busiest airport environments in the UK.  You will need to fit the criteria to obtain CRB clearance and be able to provide un-interrupted employer references for the past 5 years.  You will also need to prove your eligibility to work in the UK at interview stage.
