Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of food, based in Heathrow. We are looking for a number of candidates with relevant shift production experience - ideally in food production. Candidates with strong management skills that  will slot into a very busy team in an extremely demanding environment.

The requirement is for a shift managers to manage the team and deliver business objectives. These roles are 6 -12 month contracts with a possibility of turning into a perm role. General duties include;

• § Staff management
• § Staff Shift and Rota management/ ensure shift
• Performance management
• Ensure KPI's are met

Resolve operational issues

• § Recruitment
• § Contract hours are 42 hrs per week

  

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in dealing with heavy workloads and juggling' many tasks at once as well as ;

• § 2+ years of front line management experience
• § Proven experience of managing within a manufacturing or production process
• § Understanding of budgets and KPI's
• § Understanding of health and safety, food hygiene
