Job Description

Our client is in the FMCG sector within Airport Services

The role: They have an need for an experienced HR Manager. Looking after a site with circa 350 staff members. This is a part time role either 4 days a week or the hours can be spread over 5 days. Total salary is £40,000 plus benefits

Key responsibilities

• Ensure HR support is aligned to business objective
• Liaise with unions
• Rolling out policies
• Pay negotiations
• Job Re-modelling
• Change management
• Recruitment / recruitment strategy
• TUPE
• Promoting HR within the business
• Provide HR advice and supportto operational environment (disciplinary, grievance, capability & conduct etc)
• Ensure consistent implementation of advice is in line with policies and procedures, current employment law legislation and/or common law principles

Skills & qualifications

• Experience in an HR environment and preferably CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD
• Experience of working in a "Unionised" environment
• Driving licence and car
• Detail orientated
• Solutions focused
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with high volumes of ER cases
• Strong attention to detail
