Our client is in the FMCG sector within Airport Services
The role: They have an need for an experienced HR Manager. Looking after a site with circa 350 staff members.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure HR support is aligned to business objective
- Liaise with unions
- Rolling out policies
- Pay negotiations
- Job Re-modelling
- Change management
- Recruitment / recruitment strategy
- TUPE
- Promoting HR within the business
- Provide HR advice and supportto operational environment (disciplinary, grievance, capability & conduct etc)
- Ensure consistent implementation of advice is in line with policies and procedures, current employment law legislation and/or common law principles
Skills & qualifications
- Experience in an HR environment and preferably CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD
- Experience of working in a "Unionised" environment
- Driving licence and car
- Detail orientated
- Solutions focused
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with high volumes of ER cases
- Strong attention to detail
