We are currently looking to recruit two Bond Coordinators for our Heathrow location.

You will be responsible for the day to day output and behaviours of a team whilst maintaining a hands on role that will be required to contribute to shop floor activity leading by example. The successful candidates will also be expected to undertake many varied tasks within a bonded warehouse environment including stocktaking, stock reconciliation and close contact with internal and external customers. They will also be expected to cover the role of Bond Process Leader in their absence.
Youre Responsibilities: -
This is a hands on role, you will be a key part of the operational team you work in, however you will also assist your Process Leader with additional responsibilities and cover that position if necessary
Effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels
Act as a coach, buddy and role model providing on the job training to existing and new team members
Recommending any team training requirements to the Process Leader that cannot be covered by on the job training
Taking a proactive approach in ensuring day to day employee and team issues are identified and resolved
Accurately completing relevant documentation i.e. Compliance, HACCP, HMR&C documentation
Maintaining and improving upon housekeeping standards ensuring continuous reduction of waste
Report any accidents or incidents and ensure any corrective actions are taken
Support and assist Lean practices.
Submit in a timely and accurate manner any inventory requests by our customers.
Actively involved in month end stock takes.
Submit billings in a timely manor.
Complete DWOR daily and assist in planning daily/ weekly hours in line with budgeted KPI,s.

To have experience of a fast moving and changing shop floor environment
Ideally have experience of coaching team members
To have the ability to solve problems - essential
To have the ability to work within strict deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills - essential
Good awareness of Health, Safety, Security and HACCP desirable
Ability to deliver and improve upon set targets
Good written and spoken English essential
Good IT skills - desirable

Desirable Qualifications: -
Experience in taking inventory
Some knowledge of HMRC regulations
Fork Lift licence
SAP and C-Base knowledge
